With the Probonio Customer Benefit module, you can put together your own personal benefit portfolio. You can integrate benefits that already exist in your company or be inspired by our templates, e.g. for employee discounts. The custom benefits allow you to show your employees their total remuneration through all available benefits at a glance in the app and provide a comprehensive overview of all benefits. Team events and functions can also be announced - with individual text and design.

To make a custom benefit available to an employee, you must first create the benefit. To do this, open your menu at the top left and click on Create new benefit.
Can't select the “Create own benefits/new benefit” tab? Get in touch with your personal contact person directly. They will be happy to activate the section for you.
Now select one of our templates and edit it, or click on “Own benefit” to create your own benefit. In this case, your own benefit will be created. To configure it, first click on “Custombenefit” and then on the “Configure now” button to make adjustments. If you want to use a template, the procedure is the same. You can now configure the benefit individually for your company.
Note: The benefit will only be visible to the desired employees once you have activated it for them.
In the first step, you can now select the title, icon and cover image of the new benefit. You can also set whether the benefit should be displayed as a tile in the employee app or not. Confirm your entries and selection by clicking on the Next button to proceed to step 2.
Only when you have added a cover image can you click the Next button.
In a second step, you can now describe the benefit with a text. This will be displayed to employees in the app. Save the info text by clicking on the Next button at the bottom right.

In the last step, “Further settings”, you configure the visualization and remuneration of the benefit. Here you can set whether the benefit should be visualized for employees in the app (if you activate the slider for Show in monetary visualization ) or whether the benefit is a non-cash benefit (activate the slider for Relevant to non-cash benefit ). You can also enter the usual monthly allowance for the benefit here. Save the settings by clicking on the Save benefit button at the bottom right.
Activation for employees
To do this, firs open your menu, click on the desired benefit that you want to release for employees and then on the Employees tab.
Now switch to the “Benefit inactive” column.
Now select the relevant employees and click on the Configure for employees now button.
Tip: To select all employees collectively, check the box to the left of “Employees”.
Add your desired details in the new pop-up window and complete the configuration by clicking on Activate.
