Contract Detail View in the App
When you select your contract, the contract detail view opens. There you will always find all the basic contract information. At the top of each contract detail view, you will see the contract number, if it is already available, as well as the most important information about your insurances, leasing, and bike data. Which actions are available to you depends on the current status of your contract. Each contract status with special actions is described in the following sections. The statuses Requested, Employer Approval Required, Bike Handover Completed, Cancelled / Rejected, and Ended have no further actions besides the basic contract information.
Status Active
When your status is Active, you can request an early buyout offer in the leasing data section if you want to take over your bike before the regular lease end. You will be automatically redirected to the bike leasing portal. There you click the button Request Early Buyout Offer at the bottom, enter your desired buyout date, and submit the request. Afterwards, your offer will be displayed directly in the bike leasing portal, and you can decide whether to accept it.
In the bike data section, you can report damage. Simply click the button, select the affected contract in the bike leasing portal, and fill out the damage details. Bike leasing will then get back to you. Alternatively, your local dealer can also handle the damage report for you.
Under bike data, you also have the option to view all damage cases you have reported via the All Damage Cases button in the bike leasing portal. Additionally, you can see upcoming or completed inspections.

If you want to officially accept or reject your leasing request, you can do so using the Accept or Reject buttons at the bottom of the page. You will be automatically redirected to the bike leasing portal and guided through the process there. In the leasing data section, you will find your pickup code. Show this to the dealer to take your bike with you. You may initially receive the pickup code by email.
Status Bike Shipped
Once you have received your bike ordered online, confirm receipt in the leasing data section. After being redirected to the bike leasing portal, you will find the button Submit Bike Acceptance at the bottom of the page to confirm the bike handover.
Status Expiring
At the end of the leasing period, you decide by clicking Takeover Decision whether you want to keep or return the bike.
