To use the meal allowance, you must upload the relevant receipt(s) in the app. To submit, first click on the Lunch vouchers section in your app.

Click on the large + icon on the newly opened page to upload your receipt. You can do this either by taking a photo or by uploading an image file.

Tips for adding your receipt

Please make sure the receipt is legible and includes the following:

• Name & address of the company
• The date
• Total amount
• All line items of the invoice

Unfortunately, fuzzy or incorrect receipts must be rejected.

Now enter the amount of your lunch and complete the entry by tapping on the tick icon at the bottom right. For a group receipt, for example, only enter your amount.

Now select the issue date of the receipt and tap Continue.

In the last step, you will see a summary of your entries. Now select which receipt it is and add a comment if necessary. Check the box for The meal is intended for consumption during a break on a working day and complete the process by clicking Send receipt.

Tip: Add your receipt directly before or after eating your meal. This way you can make sure that you are always within the submission time frame or that your receipt is not lost before submission - so that you can benefit to the maximum from your meal allowance!

You can also submit more receipts and a higher amount than can be reimbursed. It is therefore no problem, for example, to submit another receipt for 7,13€ if you have a remaining budget of 3,50€.
