Access and Login

Registration as an Administrator User

To register as an administrator user in the Probonio Portal, first open the registration email you received from us (sender email address: no-reply@probonio.de) and click the button To the Employer Portal within the email.

You can then choose whether to log in via email and password, Microsoft, Google, or Apple. Please note that for future logins, you must always use the method you selected here so that our system recognizes you.

In the Probonio Portal, you have the option to configure your company settings independently according to your requirements. These include:

1. Logo Customization: You can upload your company logo in the settings to ensure it is visible both in the Probonio Portal and in the Probonio App for employees after uploading.
2. Company Address: You can conveniently update your company address to ensure it is always up to date. Note: The company address also serves as your billing address. Please enter your data accordingly.

At Probonio, you have the option to personalize your portal and the app for employees with your individual company logo. To do this, open your company settings by clicking the gear icon at the top right. Then go to the Corporate Design tab. Now upload your company logo as an image file by clicking No image selected. Confirm the changes by clicking the Save button, which automatically appears once you have selected an image. You also have the option to adjust the colors of the Probonio App to your company colors.
