Create a company account
You can easily register your company yourself via our website. To do this, click on the Test free of charge button.
In the next step, enter your e-mail address and your company details and click on Register for free.
You have now created a company account. The next step is to complete your registration so that you can set up your employer portal and make optimum use of it.
Registering as an administrator user
To do this, first open the registration e-mail you received from us (sender e-mail address: no-reply@probonio.de) and click on the Go to employer portal button.

In your employer portal, you have the option of configuring your company's settings independently according to your requirements. This includes
- Logo customization: you can upload your company logo in the settings to ensure that it is visible in both your employer portal and the employee app once uploaded.
- Company address: You can easily update your company address and make sure it is always up to date. Note: The company address is also your billing address. You should therefore enter your data accordingly.

To do this, open your company settings by clicking on the gear icon in the top right-hand corner. Then go to the Corporate Design tab. Now upload your company logo as an image file. In the settings of your portal, you have the option of creating benefit templates. You can either activate these directly for all new employees by default or apply them yourself when creating new employees. Subsequent changes have no effect on employees who have already been configured.
To do this, first open your settings and then go to the Templates tab.
Now enter the name of your benefit template, e.g. Template for new employees.
Now click on the Add benefit drop-down button and select the desired benefit.
All the benefits that have been approved for you are displayed here. If a desired benefit has not been approved for you, please get in touch with Support or your personal contact.
If desired, activate the slider for Automatically apply this template to new employees. If you activate this, the template will be used for all new employees, including those who are added automatically via an interface.
