Can I change my selected voucher?
A voucher that has already been issued cannot be changed at a later date. However, you can decide each month which voucher you would like to receive.

When do I have to select my voucher?

All vouchers from our voucher pool are generally valid for 3 years. The vouchers remain valid even after the employment relationship has ended and can still be redeemed.

Can I also print out my voucher?

Why is no remaining balance of my vouchers displayed in the app?
Unfortunately, we are dependent on the respective voucher providers. As we do not receive any feedback from them about the remaining balance on a voucher, we are unfortunately unable to display this in the app. Instead, we offer the option in the Probonio app to manually note the remaining balance on a voucher. To do this, simply click on the desired voucher and enter the corresponding partial redemption. The new remaining amount is calculated automatically and displayed next to the respective voucher.
Enter partial redemption: Open the desired voucher in your voucher overview. On the new page, tap on the bottom button Note partial redemption. Now enter the redeemed amount and save everything with the Save button. The remaining voucher amount is now automatically displayed in your voucher overview.
How can I find out how much credit is left on my voucher?

My credit was automatically converted into a voucher at the end of the month - why?
You can choose your favorite voucher from the Probonio voucher range yourself throughout the month. The automatic selection is a backup function and only takes effect on the last day of the month so that your credit does not expire.
